Hello! Coaching Parents is one of my passions, so you can expect my full commitment with you and the process.

I’ve been a parent educator for more than fourteen years, and love my work. But teaching parents is very different from coaching them. I see coaching as a collaborative process where I can make my knowledge available for you, and you can bring all your knowledge as a parent to the process, as well. You are the one that knows your children best. We trust your insights and wisdom as key elements during the process. So my role would be as a guide for you to discover your strengths, visualize your dreams and goals, and put into practice better ways for you to parent.

You will see the coaching model from PCI helps you connect with your identity as a parent, something I consider is vital today, when there are so many expectations on us and so many “rules” and people telling us how to be a “perfect” parent. There is no such a thing!

As a mother of seven children, from five to twenty years old, believe me I can really understand all your troubles and dilemmas. I have probably been where you are, and I still struggle to be a wholehearted, mindful mother to meet my children’s needs.

I also like to help my clients find more energy for their lives, because we need a lot to be the kind of parent we really want to be. Sometimes we feel depleted after a battle with our kids over habits, homework, chores, screens, etc. So self-care is an issue we will tackle when I coach you.

The PCI Parent Coaching is compassionate, focussed on strengths and on the future. And what I enjoy the most is when parents discover for themselves new alternatives expanding their creativity for their families.
