Let’s Connect

Together, let’s focus on bringing grace to parenting as you describe your dream for your family and we discover how we can work together to honor that desire and make it a reality.

About Your Coach

Children have been the center of my life and career for over thirty years. Raising confident, curious, compassionate children who have a strong sense of self along with a strong bond to the adults in their lives is my purpose in life. Let me share that joy and insight with you.

I bring to you over 30 years as an elementary teacher, BA in Developmental Psychology, MA in Education and I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach®.

I understand the busyness of the K–12 years and the stress it can bring.

I have life experience in parenting through terminal illness, widowhood, remarriage, and empty-nest, as well as supporting IEPs, fostering, and adoption. Let's connect over the new phase in life of becoming an in-law or grandparent! Each of our journeys are unique and can benefit from a parenting coach.

Working Together

I have witnessed the changes in pressures on families as an educator and as a mother of three. Life is so busy and stressors arise. How can we be proactive while the kids are young? What small changes can we make in our parenting that can have the biggest impact? These are a couple of the many questions we can discuss.

Coaching can be in person or online. Do you have a group of friends, PTA members, or colleagues who are interested in some of the same topics? We can meet as a small group and grow together.

Coaching is typically 8-10 sessions. These begin weekly and then we may adjust our timeline to try out strategies at home before coming back to discuss. The schedule will be created based on your own personal journey.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

My growth point came with the idea of focusing on what you want to see more of. It’s easy to focus on what you don’t want, instead of highlighting the good and growth and focusing on that. When you do focus on what you want to see more of, it grows.

It was healing enough just to have an educated and empathetic ear, but the techniques and questions used by Errin made each session feel powerful and insightful.
