My coaching practice focuses on providing practical support and encouragement to parents while at the same time working together to address whatever unique challenges they are facing. I apply an approach rooted in positive psychology in which the collective and individual resources and strengths of the family members are leveraged as much as possible to address concerns and create the family experience they want for themselves and their children.
