I know that we live in a world where everything feels like it’s all too much and you have taken on too many roles with little time for yourself.

This is where I come in…

I was born in the United States, lived in Lebanon most of my life, and I now reside in Australia. I have a fused experience of so many cultures and communities to better understand and connect with families from different backgrounds.

I have 12 years of experience within the Early Childhood sector, both teaching children up to 6 years old and as a trainer and mentor of parents and educators. My experience in implementing best, evidence-based practices complements your experiences as parents.

As we journey together, I can help you with the struggles you are facing within your family dynamics, while emphasizing not only on you as a parent, but as an individual.

As your Parent Coach, I will guide you through your experiences within your environment to help you find strategies and solutions to your current challenges. My role is to provide holistic approaches to ensure that you find ways to feel recharged and full of life.

Throughout this Coaching process we will go through a step-by-step approach that focuses on your strengths in identifying what is already working in your current situation as we move toward your ideal vision.

Please know that our sessions are designed to be relaxing and comforting as they focus on you as a whole person. I will be following your pace in a non-judgmental safe space that will help you grow into the parent you want to be. No one decides this for you, but yourself. It is a beautiful transformative journey which is hopeful, empowering, and forward-moving.

Where will our sessions take place?
