Upon Graduation with a BA in English-Arabic Translation, I have worked in different sectors ranging from IT, Microfinance, Translation, and Public Relations. When I had my first child afterwards, I started to face parenting challenges which, at that time, I wished I had someone reliable to guide me and give me proper advice. However, I had to search and look for any available resource that would help me go through my parenting journey safely and towards the right direction.

After a couple of years, I decided to work as an English language teacher for KG students in one of the private schools in Amman: Al-Qimma Schools. Teaching has given me more experience in dealing with children in their early years through which I started to develop professional background in issues related to child psychology and cognitions.

Getting promoted to become the Headmistress of the school’s Kindergarten, I started expanding my knowledge and expertise, especially after becoming more involved with parents.

After seven years, and upon giving birth to my third child, I decided to join PCI (The Parent Coaching Institute) in order to become a certified Parent Coach, fulfilling my dream of continuing my education. In fact, I felt that I had an emergent need to nurture my parenting skills as a mother in the first place, and as a practitioner in the field of education. From there, my joyous journey of parenting on a personal level as well as a professional level has started.

Throughout my journey of discovery, and after joining the Parent Coaching Institute a lot of inspirations and insights have been unleashed. The root of which lies within the dominant powers of Positivity. Positivity is an unbreakable force of authentic strength. Positivity and constructive empowerment are the roots from which transformational change grows. The real change that leads to success in everything in life.

I learned that what we focus on grows. Hence, when we focus on positive reinforcement change becomes more grounded and well-absorbed. It becomes our new reality. The beautiful reality which will lead us to mastering the art of fulfilling our needs and ensuring our well-being.

Being able to see the transformational impact on my own personal life as well as the lives of the parents around me, gave me a stronger motivation to grow and expand as a parent coach in order to lend my hand to all parents who dream of living in a place full of smiling faces, unleashing their inner strengths, and making them see the other full half of the cup.

Positivity is my philosophy. Empowerment is the tool. Growth is the fulfilled need. Transformational change is the end result.
